Cookies and Kindergarteners

Today in The Great MFS Baking IL we headed over to the D’Olier room bright and early to work on our cookies for our first competition judged by our lovely kindergarten friends. As usual we split into our four different groups and got to baking. Our first group, group PB&J, made frosted sugar cookies with rainbow sprinkles; our second group, group Banana Bread Bakery, made double chocolate chip; our third group, group Exploding Bakers, made brookies; and last but not least, the fourth group, DMM, made funfetti sugar cookies.

After working hard to perfect our cookies it was finally time to deliver the cookies to our two kindergarten classes. Although all the cookies went over well with both classes, the first class enjoyed the funfetti sugar cookies and the second class enjoyed the regular sugar cookies. Once we finished hanging out with our younger friends we completed our day by delivering the extra cookies we made to thank helpful staff members.
