Day Two
Today, we had breakfast as soon as we arrived. Then, we went to the Habitat Restore warehouse to do whatever was needed. The visit was actually a surprise because we were supposed to be making raised beds, but due to frigid temperatures we decided to change our plans. Of course, the Habitat community welcomed us with open arms. We then proceeded to do demolition work. This included smashing old and warped furniture with sledge hammers. We ended up finishing our work ahead of schedule and were able to play wiffle ball in the empty warehouse. Afterwards, we loaded up a truck with different forms of furniture until it was filled to the brim. That concluded our great day.
