Today was a great day in Sewing For Babies! We started out the day with finishing our projects from the previous day and a surprise fire drill. Then Mrs. Van Meter’s good ole pupper, Greta, joined us for a some more fun sewing. Snack time was good as well. We had Quaker Granola Bars (haha) and some tasty Sunchips. The next couple hours continued with some stellar classical music and stitching.
For lunch, we tried out the restaurant Naf Naf. It is a Middle Eastern cuisine which was very exquisite. Our falafel and chicken pita sandwiches/bowls were indubitably the best we’ve ever had.
After lunch, the remainder of the time was used sewing away for our handmade clothes. Overall it was an awesome day!
