Today we started off with a practice of yoga for an hour. After an energetic practice of yoga, we ate breakfast. We made leftover pancakes, chia pudding, rice pudding, and eggs which came from Ms. Edmund’s chicken farm. Afterwards, we walked over to the yoga studio on Main Street to do Aerial Yoga. We were introduced to many different and new poses that made us hang upside down. We all had a fun and enjoyable time! We made a delicious lunch that consisted of wraps with tofu, marinated chicken, and salsa, which we all helped to make! We all loved the new experience we had today, and the new recipes we were introduced to.
