Today was a fun yet wintery day. When we got to the Bayshore Center at Bivalve, we immediately went to the boat. There was snow on the deck, so Kiera, Harvey, and Ian shoveled it off. While they shoveled, Mrs. Van Meter, Caroline, Kelcie, Natalie, and Aparna cleaned the living quarters under the deck. Meanwhile, Gabby, Sierra, Kiera, and Andayah primed and painted doors.
After lunch, our whole group pitched in to help carry the catch, or the roof, of the cashier boat used for oyster catching. After we finished moving the catch, we dispersed into groups to work on different projects, including painting doors, trim and cleaning the living quarters on the AJ Meerwald.
