Today we started off with a vinyasa practice with awesome music to wake everyone up. After breakfast, we worked on making some yoga-inspired jewelry. Then, we had a lecture on the levels of listening (ignoring, pretending, selective, attentive, and empathic), which we followed by empathically listening to each other in small groups. To connect even more, we did a partner eye gaze after, which created some beautiful energy.
After lunch … horseback riding! Everyone rode their horse through a mountainous path in nature. We all felt in touch with our horses and closer to nature. To make the day even more nature-focused, when we returned to Pendle Hill we took a silent walk through nature together, including a full labyrinth.
We were all really really tired by the end of the day, so we agreed to skip our yin yoga class to play games as a group, which was a lot of fun and brought us closer together.
